His apartment is well appointed and well maintained. It was clean and since it’s in a high rise I was happy there were plenty of fans to create comfortable sleeping.
I was thankful we didn’t have to go out shopping for coffee after our 10:30pm arrival. Mark provided that, and we replenished it before we left. We really enjoyed our stay.
I highly recommend Mark’s place located in a secure building with a 24/7 person attending the front desk!”

The bed was super comfortable. The loft is conveniently located, which made it so easy to experience the LoDo and RiNo districts, 16th Street Mall and Larimer Square.
There are parks nearby and so many awesome restaurants. Getting in and out of Coors Field for a game was a breeze.
The patio area outside the loft is adorable. It’s a perfect spot as long as you are able to climb stairs.”
Mimi said: “I stayed in Rachel’s loft for a month while I was sorting out apartments between leases and it was exactly what I needed.
It’s obvious that Rachel cares a great deal about being a host and includes even the tiniest details to improve her guests’ stays.
From extremely clear check in, check out, and general instructions to labeling drawers with their contents, Rachel has thought of everything.
The loft itself is spacious, clean, and has an elegant charm to it. Rachel was an incredibly responsive host and was always available to answer my questions or help me sort anything out.
Lastly, the location is great for anyone wanting to experience the heart of Denver without having to worry about driving too much.
It’s right near downtown, the ballpark, and lots of restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling for work/alone or a couple looking for a nice getaway!”
